Chappie Bair, Executive Director
Mr. Bair obtained a BS in Education from Youngstown State University. His career began in education but soon led to business entrepreneurship, ownership and business development. He brings a plethora of business acumen in marketing, public relations, sales, negotiating, and community outreach. His personal life experiences led him to become a part of the New Beginnings Team. Mr. Bair is very active in the community; member of the Mahoning County Juvenile Justice Center Advisory Board; former member of his local school board; member of Town One Streetscapes and other organizations.
Sarah Graham, Administrator
Sarah Graham obtained her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University. Ms. Graham started her career off in corrections. Working in the justice system for nearly 10 years, she's held job titles such as Corrections Officer, Program Coordinator, Classification Officer, as well as Court Liaison. Sarah's work in corrections lead to a desire to work in the mental health field. She then went on to get her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She brings a good balance of not only the structure and discipline our children need, but also understands in-depth the clinical and treatment aspects of our program.
